CASE STUDY
Taylrd × Branva
What hiring a Shopify agency for men’s fashion looks like in practice: a menswear label scaled revenue 491% in a single month through omnichannel execution
OVERVIEW
Scaling revenue across all channels
Taylrd partnered with Branva to scale revenue across core channels: email, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads. With Branva managing both creative and campaign execution, the brand saw $46,047.46 in total revenue in just one month — a 491% increase vs. the previous period.
The challenge was clear: Taylrd needed to grow quickly without fragmenting their marketing efforts across multiple agencies and freelancers. They needed a unified approach that could handle creative development, campaign management, and performance optimization across all channels simultaneously.
Branva's solution was comprehensive: we took over full marketing operations, from email flow setup and campaign creation to ad creative development and performance reporting. This integrated approach eliminated the coordination overhead that typically slows down growth and allowed Taylrd to scale faster than they could have with a traditional agency setup.
THE VERTICAL
What a Shopify agency for men’s fashion has to get right
Menswear behaves differently from the apparel category as a whole, and the differences are the ones that decide whether paid spend is profitable. Men’s shoppers browse fewer products per session and return to the same silhouettes, so the win is rarely discovery — it’s removing the friction between intent and checkout, then earning the second and third order.
Fit is the first constraint. Sizing doubt is the largest single reason a menswear cart is abandoned and the largest driver of returns, which means size guidance, fit notes and model-measurement detail are conversion infrastructure, not copy polish. A return that ships both ways can erase the margin on the order that produced it, so return rate belongs in the same report as ROAS.
The second constraint is how the category actually grows. Menswear revenue compounds through wardrobe-building — a customer who buys one staple is a strong candidate for the matching layer or the second colourway — which is why email carried 34.6% of revenue here rather than sitting as a broadcast channel. Drops and seasonal launches then give paid a reason to spend hard in short windows instead of running a flat budget year-round, and the ad account has to be structured to absorb that.
Email Marketing
What worked: Segmented email campaigns, optimized flows, and clear product-focused creative that drove consistent engagement and conversions.
Facebook Ads
What worked: High-converting creatives and structured ad account split between awareness, prospecting, and conversion campaigns that maximized reach and efficiency.
Google Ads
What worked: Branded search capture and optimized asset groups in Performance Max campaigns that captured high-intent traffic efficiently.
STRATEGY
Integrated approach to omnichannel growth
Our strategy focused on creating a unified marketing ecosystem where email, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads worked together seamlessly. Rather than treating each channel as a separate silo, we designed campaigns that reinforced each other and created multiple touchpoints for potential customers.
Email Marketing Foundation: We built a comprehensive email program that included welcome series, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, and win-back campaigns. Each flow was designed with product-focused creative that highlighted Taylrd's unique value proposition and drove consistent revenue.
Paid Advertising Excellence: On Facebook, we structured the account to separate awareness, prospecting, and conversion campaigns. This allowed us to optimize each funnel stage independently while maintaining overall efficiency. Our Advantage+ Shopping campaign became the top performer, delivering an 8.62 ROAS by leveraging Meta's machine learning to find the best audiences.
Search Capture: On Google, we focused on capturing branded search traffic and high-intent queries through Performance Max campaigns. The branded search campaign delivered exceptional results with a 17.30 ROAS and 13.53% conversion rate, proving the value of capturing customers who were already looking for Taylrd.
OPERATIONS
The ops layer underneath the growth
Revenue growth is the headline, but it doesn't hold without the operational backbone. As Taylrd scaled, two things would have broken first without a system: customer service response times and marketing coordination. We ran both as AI-assisted workflows with humans in the loop.
Customer Service Ops — powered by Opsio
A 491% revenue jump means a proportional surge in tickets — order status, sizing questions, exchange requests, "where's my order." Left unmanaged, response times balloon and CSAT craters right when the brand can least afford it.
We deployed Opsio CS Co-pilot — our Chrome extension that drafts on-brand support replies grounded in the brand's own knowledge base. We built Taylrd's Brand Brain (voice guide, full FAQ, returns + sizing + shipping policies), and from there the loop was simple: agent opens a ticket → Opsio reads the message → our API pulls Taylrd's Brain → Claude drafts a complete, on-brand reply in ~5 seconds → agent reviews and sends.
The result: first-response time dropped sharply during the scale-up, drafts stayed policy-accurate (grounded in the Brain, not hallucinated), and a confidence score on every draft told agents exactly when to escalate. The brand handled the volume spike without adding headcount.
Marketing Ops — one coordinated system
The reason email, Meta, and Google reinforced each other instead of competing was the marketing-ops layer running underneath them. Rather than three freelancers optimizing in isolation, we ran a single weekly cadence: pull spend + ROAS by channel, cross-reference against Shopify orders and UTMs, and rank what to scale, kill, and refresh.
Creative production stayed ahead of fatigue with a structured testing loop — new ad variants shipped on a fixed schedule, winners scaled, losers cut, and the email calendar synced to the same promotional beats so customers saw one coherent story across every touchpoint. That coordination is why the Advantage+ campaign hit an 8.62 ROAS while branded search captured demand at a 17.30 ROAS, with no overlap or cannibalization between them.

The results speak for themselves: in just one month, Taylrd achieved a 491% increase in revenue compared to the previous period. This growth came from a balanced approach across all channels, with email contributing 34.6% of total revenue, Facebook Ads driving 63.7%, and Google Ads capturing the remaining high-intent traffic.
More importantly, this growth was sustainable. By building proper email flows, structured ad accounts, and clear reporting systems, we created a foundation that could scale further without requiring constant manual intervention. Taylrd now has a marketing engine that works consistently, not just during peak campaigns.
