Founder, Branva
Founder of Branva. Scaled 3 Shopify brands to $2M. Writing about CX and marketing operations, retention systems, and the workflows behind real ecommerce execution.
About
I'm Janani — founder of Branva, the e-commerce operations team behind your team. We handle the day-to-day execution behind Shopify businesses — customer support, Shopify admin, Klaviyo, analytics, fulfillment coordination and reporting — so founders and their marketers can focus on the business, not the operations.
Before Branva, I scaled three Shopify brands to a combined $2M in revenue. The patterns I saw across those brands — under-built email flows, slow creative testing, founder bottlenecks, and the same operational gaps showing up over and over — are why Branva exists.
I also run my own store. MYNDR is a cognitive-support supplement brand for perimenopause, built on Shopify with Claude Code — which means everything I write here about AI-run operations is something I'm running on a store I own.
The thesis is simple: AI handles the volume layer (drafting, testing, reporting, triage, bulk operations); humans handle the judgment layer (strategy, positioning, creative direction, what to ship next). Brands stop hiring five freelancers to coordinate. They get one team running the whole stack inside their own accounts, and they keep every workflow we build.
I write here to share the workflows, frameworks, and lessons that actually move the needle for Shopify operators. Less textbook content, more real execution detail. If something I've written helped you, or you have an operator question you want answered, find me on LinkedIn or X.
